Our responsibility to our customers and employees is to take action and strictly follow health recommendations. This is why our staff have been trained to follow these rules of prevention and daily action in their work. Interactions between employees and customers are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure strict compliance with the government health recommendations. The LAZ ’has therefore adapted its reception conditions in its common areas and is sometimes forced to limit access to certain areas for obvious health and safety reasons. The entire LAZ 'team is committed to preserving the uniqueness and friendliness of the place so that you have a most enjoyable stay at the hotel. The LAZ ’team remains at your disposal to answer all your questions.
From August 9, 2021, the health pass is extended to offers and services in our establishment in accordance with current legislation. In this context and to reduce the risk of transmission of Covid-19, access to the hotel food & beverages areas (including patio) and to the Spa and meeting room will now require the presentation of a European Covid-19 Certificate. It will be requested from Reception at your arrival and during your stay. Without sanitary pass, namely : a complete vaccination, an RT-PCR or negative antigen test of less than the applicable deadlines or proof of recovery from Covid-19 (RT-PCR or positive antigen test dated at least 11 days and less than 6 months), access to these areas will not be permitted. For the safety and health of all, let us continue to apply barrier gestures.
