SAINT LAZARE DISTRICT OF PARIS AND ITS HOTEL LAZ'
Saint Lazare - this is the westernmost part of Saint Georges, the 33rd district of Paris. A tenuous square that borders the 8th arrondissement via Rue d'Amsterdam, drawing a straight line like a border from Gare Saint Lazare to Place de Clichy. An unobstructed boundary, drawn like a magnet by Place de l'Europe, the nearby international crossroads, criss-crossing the entire district with the names of European capitals from Stockholm, Moscow, Berne, Bucharest and Athens to Brussels, Budapest and Lisbon. And, like a bridge between the two boroughs: the rue de Milan between Athens and London. It is at the heart of these travel flows, and at the point where the whole of Europe converges, that LAZ' has made its home.
