With their ultra-stylish and carefully designed interiors, these new venues now rival the biggest names in Parisian nightlife. They are creating new places to hang out, becoming trendy spots where bartenders demonstrate their virtuosity, creativity and precision every evening, continually surprising their customers.

LOOKING FOR A COCKTAIL BAR IN PARIS?

At LAZ' Hotel, our cocktail menu features French spirits and liqueurs, as well as homemade syrups. We will keep the recipes for these syrups a secret! However, as we are always keen to share useful information, we have decided to reveal our three favourite cocktail bars among our fellow hoteliers. If you ever find yourself in Paris, here are a few hotel cocktail bars to try:

- L’Herbarium: designed like drinks mixed by a perfumer with his fragrances, L’Herbarium, the bar at the Hôtel National des Arts et Métiers, is certainly one of the most beautiful cocktail bars in Paris.

- Le Joséphine: This legendary venue has been given a new lease of life and the Joséphine bar at the Lutetia is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet chat during the day or sample unique cocktails at night.

- Le Roxo Bar: A legendary club in the history of Parisian nightlife, the Les Bains hotel's cocktail bar is worth trying at least once, day or night.

THE LAZ’ HOTEL COCKTAIL BAR

Topped with a canopy of hanging plants and pots, the LAZ bar has a chic jungle effect that brings the glass-roofed space to life. Open to outside customers, it offers a menu of drinks and light meals throughout the day, as well as a selection of cocktails in the evening. The décor of LAZ’s cocktail bar and lounge has been designed to create an urban cocoon where you can feel right at home.

LAZ's cocktails also contribute to this feeling of escape and relaxation. Drawing inspiration from travel, spices and citrus fruits, LAZ' has sourced French spirits from across the country for its cocktail menu, including exceptional products such as Rhéa vodka from the Île de Ré, which is made from salty-tasting potatoes. All of our cocktails have been created by our bartender, tried and tested by our team, and approved by our customers.
